This was a simple recipe inspired by a post I read recently. I marinated chicken wings in rice wine, soy sauce, garlic powder, Aleppo pepper, honey, a dash of oak smoked salt and pieces of garlic.
I put them in the pan with some pats of butter. Then I baked them till they were done, brushing the sauce on top till they came out a deep caramel'd brown.
Served over some sushi rice out of my trusty rice cooker.
