Another week, another pot of sauce to get me through till Thursday. This one has short ribs, ground beef (someone else at the butcher got my ground pork, oh well) and sausage.
Herbs: Thyme, basil, oregano, bay leaf
Other stuff: onion, garlic, most of a bottle of wine, 2 cans of crushed tomatoes, some honey + molasses, beef tallow.
Cook till the short ribs fall apart.
