I used 3 Haas avocados
the juice of 2 limes (use less if you don't like lime, but always use some so they don't turn brown)
salt
a dash of cumin
a garlic clove (or two)
two vine tomatoes, minced
half a sweet vidalia onion minced (use red onion if you have it, I didn't)
a handful of cilantro minced
a dash of cayenne
and more salt
I chop up the avocado into squares before mashing, put them in the bowl and then squeeze the limes over top. Cut up everything else, mash with a fork, done.
